Two times a Toyota Atlantic champion, Jon Fogarty has now set his sights on the Grand-Am Rolex Sports Car Series with GAINSCO/Blackhawk Racing. Jon had a passion for speed from an early age - beginning with Big Wheel races down the hill behind his house. He made the leap into motocross and then enrolled in the Skip Barber Racing School, and began racing Formula Vees while in college. From there, he never looked back and never stopped winning.
When he's not behind the wheel of the No. 99 GAINSCO Auto Insurance machine, Jon enjoys relaxing with his wife Sara and month-old son William and the family's two dogs, Reno and Sprout. He's also an avid outdoors lover - from mountain-biking in the Santa Cruz Mountains to hunting and fishing. Jon even dabbles with the bass guitar now and then.

Joining the team at the fourth race of the season, Jon instantly bonded with co-driver Alex Gurney, creating one of the top driver pairings in the Rolex Series. Leading dozens of laps and scoring three podiums, Fogarty helped establish the GAINSCO car as a top threat to win every weekend.
